Dick Wissler is a 1970 graduate of Canandaigua Academy, where he was very active in school and community musical groups. Since then, he has been involved with many vocal music groups but never any serious barbershopping until he joined The Chorus of the Genesee in 1999. Dick has two children, and has been married to Kathy for sixteen years. Professionally, Dr. Wissler is an academic obstetric anesthesiologist at the University of Rochester. He is an alumnus of Yale, Cornell and Columbia Universities and Hamilton College.
