Al Weitz

Fever Pitch's baritone

Singing Baritone is Al Weitz—a barbershopper since 1978—who joined the quartet in 2007. He is the Director of the Chorus of The Genesee and was named the Rochester Chapter's 2007 Barbershopper of the Year. Fever Pitch is Al's fourth quartet, following Finally Four, Easy Street, and Notably Yours. Al has been the choir director of St. John's Lutheran Church since 1980. He works as a mechanic at Strong Memorial Hospital and is the father of two children. When not singing or working, he can be found on the golf course.
